Pellet Heating
Pellet heating is an ecological and economic way to heat. Pellets are renewable domestic wood energy whose raw material is in most cases cutter particles or sawdust.
A pellet boiler and burner and a feed screw and tank are needed for water circulation central heating operated with pellets. Pellet grains are transferred automatically from the pellet tank via the feed screw to the pellet burner that heats the boiler. The burner is started and switched off controlled by the thermostat of the boiler or the burner. The boiler heats the building through either a radiator or floor heating network. Domestic water is heated by means of a hot water coil located in the boiler.
A heating boiler designed for pellets suits best for pellet heating, because the special characteristics of pellet heating have been taken into consideration in its planning: ashes originating from the bio fuel, the cleaning need of the boiler and the sufficiency of service water. Bio oil, natural gas or chopped wood can also be used easily as the source of energy for Jäspi pellet boilers. Additionally, the standard equipment of boilers includes an electric resistance.
